What is the earliest I can Check-in?

Standard check-in time is 2pm.

Can I arrive late?

Yes, please give us a call if you're wanting to arrive after 7:30pm.

Do you off-street parking?

Yes, there is off-street parking for each room.

Are your rooms non-smoking?

Yes, all rooms at Moura Motel are non-smoking.

Do you have a restaurant?

We have a licensed dining room to cater for in-house guests, and advance notice is appreciated.

Do you have room service?

We provide breakfast delivery to room.

 Do you have internet in guest rooms?

Yes, we provide free WiFi internet to our guests.

How close are you to the shops?

All shops in Moura are within walking distance.

How close are you to restaurants?

Within walking distance of the local hotel and cafes.

What is your Cancellation Policy?

Cancellations must be advised a minimum of 24 hours prior to your check in arrival date. Guests cancelling within the 24 hour time frame will have the room charge debited to their credit card. 

Our cancellation policy for group bookings is a minimum of 48 hours’ notice prior to commencement of the booking. We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice of early departure for group bookings to avoid incurring additional accommodation or prebooked meal costs.

Payment for accommodation is to be made by EFTPOS, Visa, MasterCard and/or American Express.
